Integrity Refrigeration and AC is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Technician Apprentice to help service, maintain, and repair residential or commercial heating and air conditioning systems in the Winter Haven, FL area. This position typically works 8 am - 5 pm. We pay our HVAC Technician Apprentice a competitive wage of $15 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.

In addition to competitive pay and our encouraging culture, we offer our heating and cooling team 5 days of vacation after 90 days of employment, weekly performance and sales bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
